Emile Schachter
FinanceMiami, a subsidiary of FinanceBoston, a real estate investment banking firm, has hired Emile Schachter as an Associate at the rapidly growing firm.
Emile specializes in raising debt and equity for commercial real estate national investors, owners, and developers, covering all asset classes and risk-return profiles. He also underwrites co-investments and provides granular analyses related to the various positions within the capital stack, such as mezzanine, preferred equity, limited partner, and general partner.

Previously, Emile spent 2.5 years at Atane Consulting, a boutique private-public consulting firm based out of Wall St. NY. Thereafter, while he was pursuing his master’s degree, he had the opportunity to work at Bridge Investment Group, a $25b AUM real estate private equity firm, underwriting over $450m in office investments. After graduation, he worked at Rialto Capital, a vertically integrated real estate firm, in their CMBS B-piece acquisitions and loan workout teams, underwriting and overseeing over $500m of real estate within all property types.
Emile earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tec of Monterrey and a Master of Finance and Real Estate from Cornell University.
