Professional Experience

Jake joined the team as an Analyst in 2020, the role supported all stages of underwriting including property analysis, structuring debt presentations, and supporting business relations with clients & capital sources. Promoted to Junior Associate in 2022, Jake focuses on securing commercial financing for real estate investors and developers, managing all processes of seeing through each deal, and overall business development. He provides valuable knowledge in the real estate market through his deep-rooted family ties within the industry and the network he continues to build.

Prior to starting with the company, Jake developed his skills in sales, accounting, and client relations through his own startup company, 42 North Landscape Contractors LLC. His career in Commercial Real Estate began as an intern for Core Investments Inc. where he was fully immersed in the company day-to-day activity, tenant coordination, development & financial analysis, and marketing strategy.

Jake graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, while also completing the business school’s Real Estate Certificate Program. In his spare time Jake enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
